Last year, under Culinary Director Graham Elliot, it was reported that 15,000 lobster corn dogs were eaten at Lollapalooza music festival. This year’s festival, which is being held August 2-4 in Grant Park, will feature Gale’s root beer floats. While it will be hard to match the 15,000 lobster corn dogs (and we’re pretty sure that would empty out the inventory on Gale’s Root Beer), we’re willing to bet that you’re not going to be able to stop at one root beer float.
