Serves 6-8
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 chopped teaspoon each of thyme, oregano, rosemary
¼ teaspoon red chili flakes
Salt and pepper
1 pound log fresh mozzarella, sliced
½ pound salumi, sliced
Assorted olives
1 Baguette, sliced
Combine the oil, herbs, and spices. Place the Mozzarella slices in a shallow serving dish and pour the oil mixture over the slices, letting sit at least 20 minutes or over night. Serve with sliced salumi, bread, and olives.
