Ingredients
11 ounces white chocolate
12 ounces cream cheese
12 Tablespoons unsalted butter
Rind of 1 orange
Stir white chocolate in top of double broiler set over barely simmering water until almost melted. Remove from over water and stir until smooth. Cool to lukewarm. Cream the cream cheese and butter till fluffy. Mix in the orange rind and the cooled white chocolate.
