Ingredients
½ green apple, sliced
½ bulb fennel, sliced
1 head Boston lettuce, torn and washed
2 sweet peppers, sliced into rings
½ cup dried cranberries
1 tablespoon snipped chives and dill
Extra Virgin olive oil
Apple cider vinegar
Salt and pepper
1 smoked trout filet, broken up
Toss everything together and serve.
